I am a lifelong resident of the area. I was born in Ware County and I have enjoyed living here with my parents and grandparents. It is that type of community. After finishing high school I went to Clinton, SC where I graduated from Presbyterian College with a degree in Music. That is where I met my wife Lisa. She is from the mountains of Brevard, NC, and so it was destiny that we should meet. We have two daughters. Lauren is a nurse in Athens, GA and Katharine is an event planner with The Club in Birmingham, AL. If you miss me, that is likely where I am … on the road. They are great girls and have made their parents proud.
I love our area. I have been fortunate to have been able to live here all of my life. It is a great area in which to live, raise a family, work, & play. You are close to the beach, airports, city life, & the mountains. I feel like we are close to it all. Come and let me show you the reason I think this is a great area for you & your family. Our hospital and medical facilities are first class plus we have Jacksonville specialists just down the road.
Real estate has allowed me through the years to be hands on with people, helping them meet their needs & desires plus answering many of their concerns as well. The real estate industry is constantly changing. I feel it every day. It is a good time to get into the market. Interest rates are still incredibly low and property values are begging an uptick. Some foreclosures will continue to be on the market and they will be a great deal for many of you buyers. We are selling property. And there are some great properties that are up for sale. Remember, I can show you any property you see, not just those with my name on it. Text, call, or email-anytime. I look forward to an on-going relationship with you. Thank you for your interest, and have a great day! REALTOR OF THE YEAR for Southeast Georgia Council of Realtors.
