I am a life long
resident of the area. I was born in Ware County and have
enjoyed living here with my parents & grandparents.
It is that kind of community. I graduated from Waycross
High School and got a Bachelors Degree from Presbyterian College
in Music. That is where I met my wife Lisa. She
had come down from Brevard, NC to Presbyterian. I was
involved in the college choir and we developed great friendships
and it broadened my college experience.
Lisa and I were married and we have twin daughters Lauren &
Katherine. They are driving now & life has changed...
you know, for the good and the bad. They are great girls
and have made their parents proud. I came into real estate
trying to make a living to support all those women. I
have enjoyed my life in sales. I have always enjoyed working
with people. In my short career, I have also sold insurance
and owned a women's ready to wear shop. That was something
else.
Real estate has afforded me the opportunity to use my creative
side in merchandising the homes on the web and helping in promoting
the property. Some may not realize it, but real estate
is a " people" business. You are constantly
working relationships and how they evolve around the homes,
land, & commercial ventures of your clients or customers.
We learn every day. Our industry, like so many others,
continues to evolve and change. We have to keep up with
the laws... we are all about protecting our property rights.
Lisa and I purchased
some land in Pierce County several years ago and we live in
the "County" now. Yes, we can hear roosters
crowing and the grain silo is just over the fence. Our
area is so diverse & has so much to offer. We hope
you are finding the same to be true. As I have mentioned
in the site, I can show you any property you see, not just my
own, and you will see all of the other realtor's listings on
my site as well. I look forward to working with you about

In either selling or

been tough in the past year, but interest rates continue to
be at an all time low. We see only promise on the horizon
