Welcome to Waycross and the surrounding areaa.
We have designed this web site to inform you about the process
of buying and selling real estate. Many of you & your
families will be relocating with your job and have been through
the process. Our site will show you all of the listings
from the entire community, not just mine. There will be established
homes in neighborhoods, new construction with acreage, and existing
homes in town.
We look forward to serving the first
time home buyers as well. We can show you all of the property
in the area, not just ones with our sign on it. We will
also help guide you through the process: of obtaining a loan with
a lender, the home inspection, and the closing. We also
will provide you with all the great aspects of our community.
We will do our utmost to provide you with excellent customer service
and to assist you with any of your needs as a buyer or seller.
Waycross is a progressive community
in a wonderful area of Southeast Georgia. We are surrounded
by natural beauty; the tall Georgia pines, rolling sandy bottoms
around our river banks, and of course the Okefenokee - "the
land of the trembling earth" as named by the earliest inhabitants.
Quality of life has been preserved here.
Yet, Waycross and the surrounding area is welcoming new industry
and commerce as the area grows and prospers. Our Chamber
of Commerce actively promotes its members and is involved in many
areas of community life. Our medical complex has undergone
a thrity million dollar expansion making the area great for baby
boomers wanting to retreat to a less hectic pace and it has always
been an excellent place in which to raise a family. We have
a high school football stadium that is second to none and our
Board of Education takes an active roll in the quality staff &
curriculum put forth for our students.
